Play by clicking on a level on the map. The levels become progressively more difficult. A tutorial will be provided to help you through the first level. Everything is explained step by step in the tutorial, but here is a written summary :

** Throw one sushi at another to propel it off the board. The aim is to keep only one sushi on the board.

** You can repeat the level 3 times by clicking on the button at the top left. However, you will lose a star each time you try.

** If you get stuck, you can get clues by clicking on the little light bulb.
